Grilled Chicken or Gai Yang
Gai yang is juicy, tender, and savory. You may have your own grilled chicken recipe at home, but try this dish and you’ll be impressed.
According to Wikipedia, preparation involves marinating the chicken with fish sauce, garlic, turmeric, coriander, and white pepper. Grilling is over low heat on a charcoal flame for a long time.
Thai-style crepes are called khanom bueang. They’re distinct because they’re crispy and served like tacos. What we had wasn’t khanom bueang, but they’re still crepes and they’re delicious!
